**Chef De Partie**
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, following all recipe guidelines on ingredients, portion and presentation, preparing mise en place, performing routine food quality checks (taste, temperature, consistency, storage, labelling etc.), completing all daily/weekly operational and cleaning duties, keeping up to date on menu changes and new items, and continuously learning/developing knowledge on products and recipes.
Additional tasks involve attending and participating in regular training, training new staff and communicating development needs to Jr. Sous Chef, maintaining a cordial and cooperative team atmosphere for smooth operations and safeguarding all equipment and products of the restaurant, reporting any potential health and safety hazards.
