**Position: Sales Manager**

As a Sales Manager, your role involves analyzing local market trends and competitor activities to recommend strategies that ensure the hotel remains a leader in the marketplace. You will focus on driving future and repeat business by identifying growth opportunities. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Analyzing local market trends and competitor activity to identify potential business leads.
- Developing customer accounts and traveling within the local area to increase business for the hotel/cluster and grow market share across all revenue streams.
- Negotiating room rates and packages with corporate clients.
- Developing and implementing innovative local marketing initiatives, including social media strategies.
- Preparing company contracts in alignment with current business and pricing conditions.
- Working within existing business strategies while recognizing and seizing potential opportunities.
- Collaborating with other hotel departments to create exceptional guest experiences and build comprehensive sales programs.
- Attending sales events as required.
- Producing accurate and timely reports for senior management, including details of appointments, calls made, and business leads.
- Responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

**Qualifications**:
A successful Sales Manager works on behalf of both guests and the hotel team. To excel in this role, you should possess the following:

- A positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Professional grooming standards.
- Flexibility to adapt to various work situations.
- The ability to work under pressure and independently.
- Proven experience in a sales role with a successful track record of closing deals.

**Preferred Skills and Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of the local market.
- Familiarity with the hospitality industry.
- A passion for sales and achieving targets.
- A degree-level qualification in a relevant field is advantageous.

Pay: BD400.000 - BD500.000 per month
