**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Dishwashing**:

- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Ensure that all items are clean and stored properly after washing.
- Operate and maintain dishwashing machines and equipment.

**Cleaning**:

- Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, floors, and walls.
- Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, including tables, chairs, and floors.
- Empty and clean trash bins and ensure proper waste disposal.

**Support**:

- Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
- Ensure the availability of clean dishes and utensils for kitchen and dining areas.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.

**Safety and Hygiene**:

- Follow all health and safety regulations.
- Ensure that cleaning products are used safely and stored properly.
- Adhere to proper food safety and sanitation standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

**Working Conditions**:

- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be comfortable working in a hot and humid environment.
- Must be able to handle and work with cleaning chemicals.
