**Responsibilities**:
Accounting:
- Manage all aspects of the company's financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets to provide accurate and timely information to management.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and accounting principles.
- Conduct periodic audits to verify the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and implement effective internal controls.
- Prepare and file tax returns and other statutory requirements as necessary.
- Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and projections.
Administration:
- Provide general administrative support to various departments within the organization.
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory, ensuring availability of necessary resources.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Maintain employee records, including timesheets, leave balances, and personal information.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members, when necessary.
- Assist with the onboarding process of new employees, including paperwork and orientation.
**Requirements**:
Accounting:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
Administration:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Proficient in using office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with a diverse team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Familiarity with HR processes and documentation is a plus.
