**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Junior Baker with a minimum of 3 years of professional baking experience to join our dynamic team. The Junior Baker will assist in the preparation, production, and presentation of high-quality baked goods while adhering to food safety and hygiene standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to grow their skills in a collaborative and creative environment.

**WE ARE ONLY LOOKING TO HIRE PERSONNEL CURRENTLY AVAILABLE IN BAHRAIN AND WITH VALID WORKING VISAS.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Baking and Production**
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, and other baked goods according to recipes and production schedules.
- Assist in crafting custom orders, including specialty cakes and desserts, ensuring quality and design standards are met.

**2. Quality Assurance**
- Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and appearance of all baked products.
- Ensure all items meet the company’s standards for quality and presentation.

**3. Ingredient Management**
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately, following recipes and instructions.
- Monitor inventory levels and inform supervisors of low-stock or expired items.

**4. Kitchen Maintenance**
- Clean and sanitize workstations, tools, and equipment before, during, and after shifts.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.

**5. Collaboration and Teamwork**
- Work closely with the Head Baker and other team members to meet daily production goals.
- Contribute to menu development and testing new recipes.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a baker or pastry assistant in a commercial or professional kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality baked goods.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Flexible to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- A culinary or baking certificate is preferred but not mandatory.
