General Duties and Responsibilities:
**Collaborate with Marketing team to create visually appealing marketing materials.**

**Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.**

**Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software.**

**Develop and maintain an organized filing and database system for customers, sponsors, media, and clients to ensure targeted communication.**

**Maintain an updated press kit, biographies, photography, and Resort developments for marketing purposes.**

**Assist in disseminating information to media and building strong relationships with local, national, and international outlets.**

**Support media, client, and partner hosting during events to enhance the Resort's reputation.**

**Manage advertising to ensure campaigns reflect a positive Resort image.**

**Collaborate with agencies to produce publicity materials and promotional campaigns.**

**Oversee online content, social media, colleague newsletters, and intranet to ensure accuracy and brand alignment.**

**Monitor media coverage of the Resort and competitors for updates and strategic insights.**

**Ensure effective internal communication across departments.**

**Attend meetings, record minutes, and handle required documentation.**

**Operate safely, adhering to environmental, health, and safety policies.
