Trader Vic's Bahrain is looking for experienced F&B Captain. Our venue is an eclectic collection of cuisines, signature cocktails and an exotic atmosphere bedecked with authentic artefacts and trappings.

**F&B Captain**

Your role as F&B Captain is ensuring the smooth and high standard of service is delivered across their designated station of tables. In order to achieve this, F&B Captain take a team-leader role in overlooking and working alongside the waiter/waitress. You will be responsible to:

- Welcome guests and promptly attend to tables.
- Share menu knowledge by making recommendations, if needed.
- Check and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
- Assist guests with questions and/or special requests.
- Post all transactions in the POS system precisely.
- Clean tables, complete closing duties and prepare mise-en-place.
- Follow hygiene standard and COVID-related guidelines.
- Assists in training waiting staffs.
- Make weekly and monthly inventories.
- Assists colleagues on their stations, when needed.

Minimum qualifications:

- With extensive experience in fine-dining restaurants
- Good communication skills
- Arabic is an advantage but not required
- Strong Leadership skills
- With expertise in budget and other financial aspects
