**Packaging Line Operator**
- Operation of integrated packaging line including Code Inspection, Labeling, Blistering, Cartoning, Check weigher, Tamper Evident and Case Packer machine.
- Completes in-process inspection, visual verification of lot number and notifies Area Supervisor and QA of any product that doesn’t meet specifications.
- Completes BPR, logbooks and other documentation required for packaging process.
- Perform the changeover of formats and adjust the mechanical and parameter settings accordingly.
- Load packaging material and product on the transfer system and replenish as per requirement.
- Issuance of secondary packaging material from the warehouse.
- Working on Track & trace and Serialization system.
- Transfer finished goods to the FG warehouse.
- Cleaning of machines, room and format change parts.
- Participate in inspection audit and process investigation as required.
- Perform Preventive Maintenance and daily maintenance checks on the machines.
- Identify safety gaps and mitigate hazards through effective CAPA.

**Other Requirements**
- DAE or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (cGMP or regulated work facility preferred)
- Ability to operate a variety of lifting devices
- Excellent knowledge about HMI control system
- Knowledge of workplace safety and safe lifting and handling procedures

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hidd: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
