Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and vendors.
- Basic Knowledge of Food Safety:
Understanding of food safety standards and practices.
- Sales and Quoting:
Secure opportunities to quote and follow up on quotes to maximize sales.
- Order Management:
Secure orders from existing and potential customers; verify orders with customers, including receiving information and discussing credits.
- Technical Expertise:

- Product Emphasis:
Emphasize product and service features and benefits to enhance customer understanding.
- Sales Performance Goals:
Must be able to meet and exceed sales performance goals and effectively manage time and territory.
- Account Servicing:
Service existing accounts as assigned, addressing customer needs and concerns.
