**Business & Marketing Responsibilities**
- _Personal Assistant to Director_
- _Actively making Marketing Calls for future business prospects_
- _Delivering the Projects to clients and coordination of the project work_
- _Creating and following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings_
- _Daily Cash Flow arrangement with Petty Cash_
- _Planning and preparing presentations files_
- _Interviews, hires, trains and promotes associates to support Business Office operations and company growth_
- _Facilitates and participates in meetings and conference calls_
- _Excellent communication skills & planning skills_
- _Negotiation skills, Self-initiative & motivate_
- _Business knowledge and Making best decision_

**Executive/HR/ADMIN - Job Responsibilities**:

- _Serves as a member of senior management team; collaborates to set strategy for the store and provides vision, direction, and motivation to team_
- _LMRA/Govt process in providing all supporting documents, information, and other reports as assigned by Director_
- _Perform all tasks assigned by the Director_
- _Attending internal meetings and keeping/preparing minutes._
- _Proficient in Microsoft software (i.e. MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook)-_
- _Ability to liaise internally and externally on administrative matters._
- _Able to work under pressure, independently and with mínimal supervision._

**Demands of the position**:

- _**Work under pressure used to working to strict deadlines and ever-changing schedules**_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Internship, New grad
Contract length: 24 months
