Sales Administrator

**Responsibilities**
- Greet & Assist customers upon entering the store
- Assist in maintaining the showroom
- Prepare products for shipping, and facilitate via our system
- Manage, create and file the sales & purchases records on our CRM software.
- Prepare sales related documents via Microsoft Office tools.
- Creating Invoices
**Requirements**:
- 2+ Years of proven work experience as a sales administrator or similar role in the Sales department
- Exceptional administration and multi-tasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Proficient knowledge of CRM/ERP software. (Familiarity with Zoho Inventory is strongly desired)
- Strong Tech literacy
- Good customer service skills
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Riffa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
