Production Supervisor

**Role**:
The Production Supervisor delegates daily work to plant foreman, staff, operators and helpers in his areas of duty according to guidelines agreed with the Production Manager.

**Areas of duty**:

- Control of dispatching
- Control of Sand washer
- Control of batching plants
- Control of water plant
- Control of kerb production

**Responsibilities**:
1. Implementation of Company procedures and policies on Health & Safety, Employment, Training, etc.

2. Liaise with Sales department, Dispatchers and Customers for the delivery of the concrete.

3. Confirming the booking program for next day is reasonable to supply.

4. Ensuring that all the arrangements (batching plants, pumps, placing booms & mixers) required for next day production are in place.

6. Ensuring that ready mix concrete, sand, kerbs & water are produced in accordance with the specifications by Coordinating with Laboratory Supervisor.

7. Maintaining the plants in running condition by following preventative maintenance programs.

8. Reporting any quality problems to the Production Manager.

9. Management and planning of staff and equipment resources.

10. Measuring, analyzing and improving the productivity / efficiency of concrete supply, production of sand, water & kerbs.

11. Suggesting improvements to Company operations and procedures.

12. Carrying out any reasonable request from his superiors.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Salmabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
