**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all production activities of the steel cut & bend fabrication facility.
- Plan manpower allocation to assigned jobs, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
- Control raw material usage as per production requirements.
- Maintain machine schedules in coordination with the maintenance team.
- Effectively manage offcuts to minimize waste.
- Ensure production and delivery align with the technical department's plan.
- Enforce safety rules and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct performance reviews of employees and provide feedback for improvement.
- Report daily production activities and submit reports to the production manager.
- Arrange transportation for materials as per production schedule.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
