Citrix Consultant

Designing, Planning and Implementation of Citrix Solutions (VirtualApps/Desktop, MDM, Netscaler & VDI) MS Azure and Hyperconverged Solutions.
- Assisting Customers in upgrade / migration to Citrix Workspace Cloud transition journey.
- Good working experience in designing, implementing and managing Citrix / Azure / AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Delivery Proof of Concepts, Demos, Workshops to demonstrate the capabilities of the solution
- Providing Consultancy in Optimizing and finetuning the installed solutions.
- Health Checks & providing suggestions
- Achieve Customers satisfaction.
- Planning, designing, implementation & deployment of new Virtualization / Citrix Solutions.
- Develop and deliver technological solutions for high profile customers with an exceptionally high focus quality.
- Build strong and continuous relationship with customers as a trusted technical advisor.
- Responsible for completeness and quality of functional / technical requirements of the project.
- Work closely together with other team members, sharing knowledge and work as a team.
- Conduct POC/ Seminar and presentation as and when required to demonstrate the solution.
- Maintain Customer relationship to ensure that the customer is retained.
- Scheduling periodic engagement with customers, carrying out proactive health checks and providing suggestions.
- Continuously improve knowledge, Learning new edge technologies and certifications.
- Prepare and submit the report on project status as per the management requests.
- Prepare and submit the project implementation documentation, Obtaining the Project Sign-Off document and customer satisfaction survey / feedback.
