We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team and contribute to the seamless operation of our fragrance studio.

**Job Description**:
As the Receptionist at Scent Studio, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, playing a crucial role in providing a positive and welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Front Desk Operations:

- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Manage inquiries and provide basic information about our fragrance workshop services.

2. Appointment Scheduling:

- Schedule and confirm fragrance workshop appointments for clients.
- Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Maintain an organized schedule to optimize studio resources.

3. Customer Assistance:

- Assist clients with basic inquiries and guide them through the studio experience.
- Handle customer concerns and direct them to the appropriate staff for resolution.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.

4. Administrative Support:

- Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and maintaining client records.
- Assist in maintaining a tidy and organized reception area.

5. Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and coordinated workflow.
- Communicate effectively with the fragrance workshop staff to convey client information and preferences.

6. Payment Collection
- Ensure all sales are completed accurately

Qualifications:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in customer service or a receptionist role is preferred.
- Positive and professional attitude with a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.

**Salary**: BD250.000 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 2 years (required)
- Sales: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
