**Opportunity for Bahraini Translators**

**Job Title**: Translator

**Responsibilities**:

- Translate written materials from the source language to the target language while preserving the original meaning and tone.
- Review and proofread translated texts to identify and correct any errors or inconsistencies.
- Verify the accuracy of the translation by comparing the original text and the translated text. Conduct research to ensure the usage of appropriate terminology and industry-specific vocabulary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, editors, and proofreaders, to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all translated materials.
- Manage multiple translation projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their specific requirements and provide tailored translation solutions as needed.
- Stay updated with language and industry-specific terminology advancements to enhance translation quality.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Translator or in a similar role.
- Fluency in at least two languages, including English and the source language.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Strong cultural knowledge and understanding of the source and target languages' nuances. Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and error-free translations.
- Proficient in using translation software and tools.
- Time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of industry-specific terminologies, particularly in fields like legal, medical, technical, or marketing, is advantageous.
