Superintendent/site engineer needed.
Project location: Bahrain
Degree: Bachelor degree in engineering/architecture
Minimum years of experience: 5 years
Current residency in Bahrain
Role and responsibilities: oversee and supervise construction projects ( earth work, demolition, site preparation, HVAC, finishing) provide specialist advice in the planning, co-ordination and technical aspects of the project. He/She has to manage material and human resources throughout and has to be responsible for site security/health and safety.
Ensure the project to get completed successfully and on time. To act as manager on live construction sites and has to be the main source of contact for technical advice.
Has to split between the office and construction sites: visit regularly construction sites and carry out inspections.
Finalize paper work within the office environment.
Prepare take offs, and IPCs.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Al Budaiya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
