- Creates creative and in trend content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on company sites, and encourages audience participation

- Promote products and services on social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
- Initiate online marketing campaigns by actively driving brand recognition, engaging users and increasing traffic
- Researches and is up-to-date with social media trends (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok and other social media platforms)
- Manages multiple accounts on a daily basis
- Works as part of a team to develop large social media campaigns
- Manages photography/videography for all company needs
- Proofread, edit and format text and images, design cover art, and adjust program function for each title
- Analyses and reports audience information and demographics, and the success of existing social media projects
- Evaluate analytics of social media marketing campaigns and provide data-driven consultations for improving market share
- Proposes new ideas and concepts for social media content
- Uses timelines and scheduled content to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction while analysing, managing, and altering schedules where necessary to optimize visit
- Coordinate all tasks, proposal/content, and social media schedules with Management

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Undergraduate / Graduate or Equivalent
- **Experienc**e**: 2-3 years experience as a Social Media Specialist or equivalent
- **Training**:Social Media Trends, SEO and PPC, Marketing
- **Must know**: Photography & Videography
- **Must know**: Graphic Design and software such as Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other related software
