**Key Accountabilities**
- Undertake maintenance procedures, regular checks and routine inspections on equipment in conjunction with the maintenance team.
- Ensure the continuous operation of the installed system.
- Undertake repair and minor works associated with the installed services
- Assist and enhance service delivery through best practice and the effective use of site systems and equipment
- Carry out personal risk assessments of maintenance and repair activities.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance to the site Health & Safety procedures.
- Installs and makes routine repairs to electrical wiring, switches, outlets, fixtures and motors
- Checks all machines, devices, systems and installations.
- Works on electricity pipelines in terms of cables, control units etc.
- Assembles and tests experimental motor-control devices, switch panels, transformers, generator windings, solenoids, and other electrical equipment and components according to knowledge of electrical principles.
- Modifies electrical prototypes to correct functional deviations under direction of electrical engineer.
- Diagnoses cause of electrical or mechanical malfunction or failure of operational equipment and performs preventative and corrective maintenance.
- Develops wiring diagrams, layout drawings, and engineering specifications for system or equipment modifications or expansion, and directs personnel performing routine installation and maintenance duties.
- Fixes units related to air conditioners.
- Instructs colleagues in operating and servicing all machines and plants.
- Responsible for preventive servicing.
- Repairs devices and machines.
- Works out methods of optimizing the work place and work processes.
- Procures and administers spare parts.
- Installs and implements new machines & devices.
- Complete service reports
- Able to undertake maintenance activities on at least two separate types of installed services

**Experience and Qualifications**
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a related field.
- Recognised Apprenticeship or training
- Electrical - HV competent person
- Previous experience working in a similar maintenance and troubleshooting environment/business.
- Have both mechanical and electrical maintenance experience
- Experience of working on equipment which covers more than one discipline.

Should have a basic understating of plumbing related work.

Valid Bahrain Electrical license will be a plus.

Valid Bahrain driving license will be an advantage

**Other**
- Flexible approach must be able to work within a team, and be self-motivated
- Flexible in their approach to work scheduling, to ensure customer satisfaction is guaranteed.
- All to undertake work without direct supervision
- Should be able to furnish service reports to clients and backend office
- Should have writing skills

**Salary**: BD180.000 - BD230.000 per month
