(Solar) Cost and Budget Estimator

**As a Cost / Budget estimator in Green Innova it is a must to have experinece with Solar power.**

**Role responsibilities**:

- _Designing, engineering, and cost estimating _**solar installations ranging from 10kW to 10MW and beyond**_._
- _Optimize the required system and scope cost mentioned in Request for proposals from end clients incorporating conceptualization through construction engineering._
- _Responsible for providing accurate materials costs and budgets, and assist with complete plan sets to our sales and business development teams._
- _Develop and maintain positive working relationships with developers, suppliers, and the Green Innova team._
- _Ensure that project proposals are provided with accurate and complete information._
- _Create accurate and clear budget plans, to provide project management team with ready-to-build projects._
- _Assess potential concerns and value engineering through cost optimization_
- _Plan _**solar installation budgets**_, including material supply, prepare clear bill of materials, subcontracting jobs, permitting, and engineering scope._
- _Assist in ensuring future bidding is optimized and meets our bidding requirements._
- _Embrace Green Innova's standards during the design, costing and engineering process._

**Job Skills/Competencies/Qualifications**:

- _**4-5 years**_ _of commercial _**solar project design**_ _and _**site execution experience**_._
- _A background in _**Solar PV**_ _design and _**Electrical Engineering**_ _is Must._
- _Multi-project execution budgeting ability._
- _Excellent communication skills._
- _Work well both independently and within a teamwork-based culture._
- _Outstanding organizational skills._
- _Fully aware of protentional local and international suppliers for the PV system components, previous dealing with them_
- _**Flexible**_ _behavior to meet client deadlines._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Manama: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Solar Energy: 4 years (required)
