**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
- **Financial Reporting**: Assist in preparing daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- **Bank Reconciliation**: Perform regular reconciliation of bank and other financial accounts.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and local financial laws.
- **Budgeting & Forecasting**: Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting for the company.
- **Financial Analysis**: Analyze financial data and provide insights to improve financial performance and decision-making.
- **Asset Management**: Manage fixed assets, depreciation, and inventory records.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- **Skills**: Strong Excel skills and proficiency in accounting software (Tally).
- **Languages**: Good command of English, Hindi; basic Arabic is a plus.
- **Sponsorship**: Ability to change sponsorship.
