- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information and ensure accurate estimates.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project scope and identify any potential issues.
- Research and analyze historical data, market trends, and industry standards to inform cost estimates.
- Prepare detailed cost breakdowns, including materials, labor, equipment, and other expenses.
- Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure competitive pricing.
- Create and maintain a database of cost information, including materials, labor rates, and equipment costs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
