Maintenance Supervisor

1. In charge for all maintenance and repair work for all type of installed products
2. Responsible to planning and scheduling regular service and maintenance.
3. Manage a team of workers and coordinate with different divisions
4. Regularly inspect sites, execute work as necessary, maintain equipment and assign workers to various projects.
5. Inspect sites regularly to identify problems and necessary maintenance and submit reports to management.
6. Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work as per forecasted workloads.
7. Employ, supervise and train workers.
8. Coordinate daily cleaning and maintenance activities.
9. Oversee all repairs and ensure that work is completed on time.
10. Maintain all inventory and equipment, and ensure proper storage.
11. Comply with all health and safety regulations and practices on site.
12. Conduct preventative maintenance work.
13. Conduct follow-ups on all maintenance and repair work.
14. Conduct safety inspections as scheduled.
15. Establish strategies to meet workload demands on time.
16. Visit the site for meeting client and clear issues.
17. Assist and help other fabricators and installers team when needed.
18. Assist with purchasing and delivery materials and goods and manpower for various site works.
19. Assists to develop and improve work progress and operations.
20. Assists for site visiting for taking estimate measurement and coordinate with sales team.
21. Assists for Assemble and installation of fabricated metals products like canopy, car park shade, pergolas and cabinet etc.
22. Helping install sunrooms and patio covers using materials such as: wood, metal, concrete, plastics, and composites of multiple materials.
23. Assists for meet client for delivery the projects and make feedback form and sign delivery note.
24. Assists with all incoming and outgoing documentation processing
25. Assists with conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
26. Smoothing or sanding surfaces to remove ridges, tool marks, glue, or caulking
27. Learning all aspects of sunroom and patio cover installation and progressing with skills.
28. Ensure all variations are notified immediately to Project Managers
29. Working on daily report submitting to management.

Requirement:

- Minimum 2 years experience as Maintenance Supervisor
- Should Speak & Write English
- Fantastic organizational and leadership skills.
- Great eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Great time management skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: BD15.000 - BD25.000 per month

**Experience**:

- Maintenance Supervisor: 2 years (preferred)
