**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Guest Reception**:
- Greet guests with a welcoming demeanor as they arrive and depart from the premises.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Provide information about hotel/venue facilities, services, and local attractions.
- **Customer Service**:
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
- Resolve guest complaints and concerns effectively, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Anticipate guests' needs and provide personalized service to enhance their experience.
- **Reservations and Bookings**:
- Manage room reservations and update booking information as needed.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guest occupancy.
- **Communication and Coordination**:
- Maintain communication with other departments to coordinate guest services and resolve issues.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Maintain accurate guest records and information in the booking system.
- Process payments, invoices, and receipts accurately.
- **Safety and Security**:
- Monitor the premises for security concerns and ensure guest safety.
- Follow security procedures and protocols to protect guests, staff, and property.
**Required Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or related field is a plus.
- 2+ years experience in a customer service or guest relations role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and office software (MS Office, booking systems).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Arabic speaker preferred
