**Purpose of the job**:

- Responsible for provide user support, installing and maintaining computer hardware, software and networks.
- Ensure that the below Roles and Responsibilities are carried out in accordance with recognized working practice and company’s Quality Manual and Policy.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Daily**:
1. Desktop Support: End User L1 Support (Desktop/Laptops, mobile device, Avaya Telephone system, printers, Projectors, Networking etc)

2. Processing IT purchases including payment process, Supplier selection, Supplier Evaluation, Maintaining Approved Vendor list, Updating LPO Log sheet and all other Purchase Related Documentation.

3. Responsible for Consumables tracking, replacement and setting re-order limit.

4. Checking directors’ offices IT equipment (Including Printers, Projectors, Wifi, Internet etc.), Daily and send status Report to IT Manager.

5. Do Operational inspection of CCTV, escalate issues if any and coordinating with Vendors to take appropriate action.

6. IT Asset Management. Processing Asset Adding, transferring and disposal. Also Maintain Gate pass record.

7. Prepare and send Daily Status Report to IT Manager.

**Weekly**:
1. Responsible for updating the mobile devices contract system for Al Zayani Investments and Zayani Properties and maintaining mobile inventory.

2. Generate Manage Engine Reports (IT Helpdesk, Desktop Central, Assets) and send to IT Manager.

**Monthly**:
1. Performing a monthly managers’ laptops backup and maintain relevant report.

2. Prepare and send Consumables Usage Report to IT Manager

**Quarterly**:
1. Physical verification of IT Asset, Responsible for ensuring all IT Assets have Asset Tag.

2. Reconcile Consumables inventory and send report to IT Manager.

3. Performing Preventive Maintenance for Printers and Projectors

**Half **Yearly**:
2. Review of Supplier List, Selection/evaluation Document

**Yearly**:
1. Assist in Preparing IT-Budget.

2. Outlook Default Settings Review for all Users.

3. Responsible for Maintaining NDA and CR Copy (Updated) for all Vendors.

4. Responsible for renewing the following Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC):

- AZI ROCOH Photocopiers.
- Traffic Application for Group.
- CCTV (AZI, Yard1, and Yard 2)

**When Required**:
1. Taking Backup of pc, laptop & mobile devices of employee who leaving from company permanently.

2. Perform other related tasks/jobs as assigned by the Management from time to time.

**Work Experiences**:
Minimum 3 years of experience in managing IT Infrastructure or similar role.

**Education**:
Bachelors in Computer Science or any similar degree.

**Skills**:

- Possess proficient written, verbal and spoken communication skills.
- Networking, Software Installation and computer repairs.
