Customer Care Front Office Receptionist

We are a leading computer repair center dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to our customers. Our mission is to deliver top-quality repairs and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a dynamic and personable Customer Care Front Office Receptionist to join our team.
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Customer Interaction:
Greet customers warmly as they enter the repair center.
Provide information about services offered and repair processes.
Appointment Management:
Schedule and manage appointments for repair services.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery.
Confirm appointments and follow up with customers regarding their service status.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
Manage and update customer records in the database.
Process payments and issue receipts.
Communication:
Communicate effectively with the repair team to provide accurate information to customers.
Keep customers informed about the status of their repairs and any delays.
Customer Satisfaction:
Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction after service completion.
Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus. Proven experience in a customer service or front office role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer management software.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Friendly and professional demeanor.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic knowledge of computer hardware and repair processes is an advantage.
Salary + Accommodation + Visa + Incentives.
