**Qualifications & Experience**_

Ø Degree or equivalent technical qualifications in electrical / electronic or instrumentation engineering.

Ø Experience in service and maintenance of instrumentation products (Pumps, actuator flowmeters, transmitters etc.).
- **Required Skills**_

Ø Good command over English language (reading, writing and speaking), working knowledge and ability to test and troubleshoot electrical analog and digital circuits.
- **Duties & Responsibilities**_

Ø Provide on-site installation, validation and commissioning of instruments.

Ø Perform hands-on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs.

Ø Provide high level technical support to external customers at their location.

Ø Provide on-site training to the customers.

Ø Develop Service technical documentation.

Ø Create and maintain service information in the company enterprise database.

Ø Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service visits.

Ø Timely complete and submit all required paperwork.

Ø Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions.

Ø Misc. other duties commensurate with the capabilities of a field Service Engineer.
- **Financial Responsibility**_

Ø Responsible for the material and equipment under his direct control.
- **Reporting Channels**_

Ø Technical Manager.
- **Work Contacts**_

Ø Contacts with Technical Manager, Procurement Division and other Departments, for co-ordination of work and exchange of information.

Ø Clients and Suppliers.
- **Work Conditions/Hazards**_

Ø 80% normal site working conditions.

Ø 20% normal office working conditions.
