We are looking for a Telemarketing - Tele sales _ online

Key & Responsibilities:

- Delivering scripted talks that describe the company’s information profile & services.
- Keeping track of customers that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future
- Following up on previous customers for potential sales
- Maintaining records of customers and potential contacts
- Completing customer surveys to obtain information about potential customers
- Negotiating with customers about services and closing the deals with them

Skills Required:

- Minimum of 1 To 2 years in tele-sales/telemarketing is desired but even have telemarketing experience is a plus.
- Ability to engage and explain the company's services by using established tactics.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills mandatory
