**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the project and supervise teams to successfully deliver high quality Architectural projects in line with the Project Life Cycle and client requirements by coordinating with the local / international building codes & authority regulations.
- Responsible for the overall management of the project internally and lead interface with the client project team regarding all site architectural matters.
- Review quality of work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards
- Ensure that the architectural project deliverables are on time, within required level of quality.
- Review architectural designs shop drawings, materials method statements, samples, mock ups and ensure adherence to the concept & IFC drawings throughout the site construction process.
- Ensure the samples are well reviewed for client requirements and coordinate with client/approving authority / PMC, prior issuing approval to the contractor.
- Ensure standard architectural specifications are maintained and kept up-to-date.
- Ensure employer requirements are implemented.
- Initiate and participate in design reviews in alignment with the QMS system
- Coordinate with Design Architect for all combined or related architectural packages & site queries.
- Coordinating all aspects of submittals, review and approvals against contract requirements and when applicable report and advice on deviations from the same.
- Coordinating as may be required with client/stakeholders on all specialist consultant participation related to the final acceptance of the works in readiness for fit-out and operation of the project.
- Assisting client/operator/end user in all aspects of the final acceptance of the work and close-out of all applicable contracts related to the same.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent design and drafting skills, including 3d modelling.
- Good levels of creativity and imagination.
- Willingness to work long hours, under time and pressure.
- A keen eye for detail, as well as the ability to see the bigger picture of a project.
- A logical thinker with an eye for detail and design, and an ability to solve problems efficiently.
- Organizational and planning skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- An analytical mind with excellent problem-solving ability.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Reasonable proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT, Sketch-Up, and presentation and word processing software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

**Required Qualifications and Experience**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited University.
- 8+ years relevant experience
