On a mission to continue disrupting, we are in immediate need for an energetic and dynamic person to assist with the daily warehouse operations on a shift basis.

**What You'll Do**:

- Implement cost reduction strategies and continuously be on the lookout to explore new avenues where cost reduction/optimization becomes possible.
- Ensure warehouse equipment and machinery are taken care of with maximum professional integrity; ensure all assets are maintained at periodical intervals.
- Maximize ERP system orders in all day-to-day activity ensuring 100% integrity of the system to actual stock quantities, expiry, and bin location.
- Ensuring all vehicles are loaded with correct cold chain management (Chiller +0°C to +5°C, Frozen -12°C to -18°C, Dry items with room temperature).
- Check vehicle cleanliness conditions prior to loading and if there are spillages, bad odor, and any unhygienic situations notified and be cleared before loading.
- Consistently monitor space utilization levels of warehouses and maintain optimized usage of space at all times.
- Identify areas of improvement and develop plans to rectify service shortfalls to provide ultimate service levels to SKs and CKs as demanded.
- Ensure reporting of slow/non-moving inventories to the department head to clear up obsolete inventories; thus, providing freshness of stock.
- Maintain agreed minimum stock at store, any falls noticed to be immediately reported to the superior.
- Monitor fill rate of order; ensure to supply all stocks that are ordered without fail, if there are any Out of stocks and shortfall Quantity to be communicated on daily basis.
- Be an Innovator of warehouse practices, and ease workloads on staff while delivering higher throughput of supply chain infrastructure.
- All warehouse cold rooms are to be monitored in the periodical interval on daily basis and recorded through a monitoring sheet.
- All the transfers (Transfer Orders) are to be completely input into the system on a daily basis in alignment with the data recorder associate and IT department. If there is any incompetency to complete the transfer be informed to the superior and immediately follow day transfers to be completed.
- Consistently prove that you are dependable for works allocated, consult with your superiors on new decision requirements while being self-dependent on decision making based on past experiences.
- Be part of monthly and quarterly inventory counting and recorded accurately and difference to be reported with immediate supervisor.

**What We Look For**:

- Bachelors' or Diploma in Commerce or Supply Chain, preferred.
- Experience in handling the ERP system.
- Proven experience in storekeeping and receiving in restaurants, kitchen, hospitality, or F&B operations.
- Handled frozen, chilled, dry food, packaging and consumables items.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management skills and worked in a fast paced environment.
- Experience and knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS office proficiency, preferred.
