Daily Operations Management:
Monitor and control daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, inventory, and cash flow.

Prepare and maintain daily financial reports and records.

Account Reconciliation:
Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and inventory records.

Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial accounts.

Financial Management:
Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and budgeting.

Assist in tax filing and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Administrative Support:
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, office management, and record keeping.

Assist in HR duties, including managing employee records and coordinating with other departments.

Qualifications:
