**Responsibilities**:

- Key Responsibilities:_

1. Project Planning:

- Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues in project planning phase.

2. Project Execution:

- Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, ensuring effective communication among team members.
- Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and manage project scope changes.
- Assist in coordinating resources, including assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment and cooperation among project stakeholders.

3. Budget and Resource Management:

- Assist in preparing project budgets and forecasts, monitoring project costs throughout the lifecycle.
- Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to ensure timely procurement of project resources.
- Track and manage project expenditures, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.

4. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Prepare regular progress reports and present findings to project stakeholders.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish metrics to measure project success.

5. Risk Management:

- Identify and assess risks associated with IT projects, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Escalate critical risks or issues to project stakeholders and propose appropriate solutions.

6. Quality Assurance:

- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.
- Perform quality assurance checks on project deliverables to ensure they meet specified requirements.
- Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and identify areas for improvement.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Project Coordinator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure and software development processes.
