**Position: Property Advisor**

**Experience: 2 years of Sales (preferred)**
- Source available properties for Rent & Sale.
- Listing of available properties for Rent & Sale on the companies' various platforms, i.e.: Property websites and social media platforms.
- Promotion of properties through advertisements and listing services.
- Consulting with clients to identify their needs and requirements.
- Providing guidance and assistance to interested buyers, sellers and tenants.
- Assisting clients in negotiation, pricing, mortgage processes, legal requirements, and all other related matters, whilst ensuring fair and honest dealings.
- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, lease agreements and other related documentations)
- Maintain and update an extensive database of all property listings for Rent & Sale.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
