**Role and Responsibilities**:
As an M&A Banking Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing M&A transactions, providing strategic advice to clients, and managing key client relationships. Your role will involve:

- Leading and managing all stages of the M&A process, including deal origination, due diligence, valuation, negotiation, and transaction execution.
- Conducting thorough financial analysis and due diligence to evaluate potential investment opportunities and risks.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and providing strategic advice on M&A transactions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including legal, tax, and regulatory experts, to ensure smooth execution of transactions and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes to provide clients with valuable insights and guidance.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification (CFA, CPA, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Extensive experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, or corporate finance, preferably within a top-tier financial institution.
- Strong understanding of financial modelling, valuation techniques, and deal structuring.
- Proven track record of successfully executing M&A transactions from start to finish.
- Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in Arabic would be advantageous.
