**In this role, you will**:

- Proactively support CMB Relationship Managers enabling them to deliver best in class service to existing and prospective customers.
- Support RMs on credit related operations, facilitating timely execution of facility offer letter and draw downs, perfection of securities, liaising with onshore/offshore credit support teams & ensure covenant and credit approvals are compliant.
- Be accountable for pipeline, sales activity and customer service management for the designated portfolio of customers ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction in terms of day to day operational support.
- Act as a catalyst for delivery of expected contribution towards Annual Operating Plan and improved client engagement scores.
- Actively participate in client planning and strategic business reviews to ensure that we fully understand the customers’ needs/plans and accordingly align our solutions to meet those.
Requirements

**To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements**:

- University degree in Business Management, Banking, Finance or a related discipline or other relevant qualifications.
- Strong customer-centric focus including a breadth of product/business experience, with minimum 2 years’ Previous experience of working in the Financial Services sector.
- Proven track record in business development, identifying opportunities and successfully on-boarding of new clients.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong, lasting relationships with internal and external parties.
- Strong understanding of risk management and robust credit, analytical and financial skills. This includes taking the lead in preparing and securing credit approvals and finalize Customer Due Diligence reviews.
- Comprehensive knowledge on some of the products that include Trade, Cash management, Digital products, and Treasury.
- Customer driven with a proactive approach, strong sales, marketing orientation and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Knowledge of the Bahrain business environment is an asset.
- Good prioritizing, organizational and time management abilities.
- Desire to manage a small portfolio of customers as part of your ongoing development.
