**Key Responsibilities**:
- Plan, organize, and direct project activities, ensuring all deliverables meet specified timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to resolve issues and drive project success.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for Company management.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, maintain documentation, and ensure effective communication among stakeholders.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in manufacturing or rail industries.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and supply chain management is a plus.
