We are looking for an **architect **that possesses strong technical and leadership capabilities with experience in both residential and commercial projects.

**Responsibilities**
- Undertake design project from concept to completion
- Define project requirements and interpret the customer needs into rough plans
- Work on the design according to the budget
- Perform assignments including, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, space planning, and construction documentation
- Produce mood, material, and design presentations
- Work closely with fellow architects, designers, decorators, and constructors
- Provide full site supervision for all design projects.

**Qualifications**
- Professional/ engineering license (required)
- 5-7 years minimum experience in architecture (required)
- Strong project management, communication and presentation skills (required)
- Excellent portfolio of previous works preferably in GCC or MENA Region (preferred)
- 1+ years proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (preferred)
- 2+ years proficiency in Autodesk Revit for building information modelling [BIM] (preferred)
- 2+ years proficiency in Lumion or similar rendering software for architectural design (Added Bonus)

**Salary**: Up to BD450.000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Riffa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
