**Position Overview**: As the Head Barista, you will be the driving force behind our coffee operations, ensuring that every cup of coffee we serve meets our high standards. You’ll lead by example, mentor junior baristas, and help shape the overall coffee experience for our guests. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the quality of our beverages, training staff, and fostering a positive and efficient work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership**: Supervise, train, and motivate baristas, providing guidance on coffee preparation, customer service, and best practices.
- **Coffee Excellence**: Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks, coffee, and tea, adhering to our recipes and standards.
- **Customer Service**: Create a warm and welcoming environment, engage with customers, and handle any issues or concerns with professionalism.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor and maintain the quality of coffee and other beverages, ensuring consistency and excellence in every cup.
- **Inventory Management**: Track inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and manage stock to ensure the smooth operation of the coffee bar.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Ensure that all coffee-making equipment is properly cleaned, maintained, and functioning efficiently.
- **Health and Safety**: Adhere to all health and safety regulations and ensure that the coffee bar is maintained in a clean and organized manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Barista, with a strong understanding of coffee preparation and techniques.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a coffee shop or similar environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
