**Role Overview**: As the FS Valuations Director, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic leadership to the valuation team while overseeing complex valuation assignments for financial services clients. You will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, leading business development efforts, and ensuring the highest quality of valuations services are delivered.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of valuation professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the financial services valuations practice and drive revenue growth.
- Oversee the execution of valuation engagements, including complex financial instruments, derivatives, private equity, and more.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the firm to ensure seamless service delivery and knowledge sharing.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide cutting-edge valuation insights.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Professional qualifications such as CFA, ASA, ACCA, or equivalent.
- 12+ years of experience in financial services valuations, preferably within a Big 4 or top-tier advisory firm.
- Proven track record in managing and leading teams, including strong people management skills.
- Excellent understanding of financial instruments, valuation methodologies, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
