HR & Administration Officer (Bahraini Only)

Providing HR administrative support on day-to-day basis and contributing to the long-run development of HR/Admin functions in specific during an initial phase of recruitment growth and development. To supports the HR & Administration Manager and HR Department in providing a comprehensive HR/Admin service to managers and staff within the organization.
- Providing a comprehensive Administrative support to day-to-day operations of HR/Admin.
- Ensuring the efficient delivery of salary payments, salary adjustments, recruitment processes, and the accuracy of employee data records.
- Liaises closely with finance and accounts department and all other departments throughout the organization.
- Providing a customer focused and effective HR/Admin support services to the organization to achieve the department and organization goals and objectives.
- Providing general administrative support such as preparing correspondence, forms and reports, arranging meetings, composing regular correspondence, processing confidential reports and documents, filing electronic and hard copy, tracking deadlines, and taking down minutes as and when needed. General Duties and Responsibilities.
- Handling the existing and future payroll system by preparing paperwork needed to create new employee profile and to place new employee on payroll in communication with finance and accounts department.
Assume overall responsibility for Human Resources and Administration in terms of, but not limited to, the following:
- Day-to-Day HRA activities
- Visa and Passports maintenance/management for expatriate employees.
- management of employee files.
- Liaison with other departments on employee selection, performance valuation, etc.
- Liaison with the Marine Department on issues relating to Seamen hire and requirements.
- Management of common resources such as non-operational Drivers, etc.
- Liaison and communication with government entities in connection with HRA activities.
- Liaison and communication with government entities such as LMRA, MOL, GOSI, MOH, GDCFS (CID) office, CIC (CPR), Immigration Directorates, Traffic Directorate and with any other entities.
- Ensure the implementation of internal policies and procedures to deliver the objectives set out by the Company’s Top Management.
Min Certification and Experience:
- Diploma, preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration or relevant.
- 2 year experience in HR/Admin or relevant.
