**Role Overview**

We’re looking for a Merchandising Specialist to source non-food items for our new product launches and marketing campaigns. You’ll be working closely with our Marketing team to source the required materials, search for suppliers, collect samples, and share a competitive analysis for the different sources.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Work with the marketing team on finding suppliers, sourcing samples, and testing new merch materials/printed materials/brochures required for marketing campaigns.
- Share the estimated cost of new materials with a competitive analysis of different sources.
- Propose alternative solutions for the requested materials based on the team’s needs.
- Act as the connection point between the Marketing team and product supply team through finding and qualifying new materials.
- Form a basic knowledge of the material qualification process.
- Initiate and manage supplier relationships to support marketing projects & initiatives.

**Qualifications**
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for details and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft softwares.
- Ability to move fast when sourcing new materials and sharing samples with the team.
- Flexible, results-oriented, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to source locally and internationally for specialized products.
- Basic knowledge of the procurement process is preferable.
- Must have a valid driving license in Bahrain.
