Job Purpose - This position ensures the efficient daily operation of the branch as a profit center, while collaborating with all team members in the branch to achieve top and bottom line targets. A Branch Accountant and Operation Manager can contribute to the company’s vision, mission and Organizational

Goals by:
1. Supporting the sales team in order to maximize sales and delivery targets.

2. Organizing and optimizing the performance of all team members in the branch.

Main Responsibilities

Ensure all Government requirements are up-to-date, Health Cards for Employees.
- Monitor and manage correctness of branch inventory and all stock movements, conduct and update cycle counts and periodic and yearend inventory counts, including RVS stocks in van and cash with RVS.
- Ensure all Maintenance and Service Contracts are valid.
- Ensure all Safety policies and procedures are as per specifications.
- Ensure all invoices delivered must have customer acknowledgement and POD process completed in SAP and hard copies maintained on file.
- Record / approve / post all branch expenses, accruals, recurring entries, petty cash disbursements, blue/pink forms.
- Ensure that all assets are under proper insurance cover. Ensure at all times that insurance cover on all assets remains valid.
- Supervise the day to day operational functions of the branch.
- Help support the Sales team to reach overall branch sales and cost of sales targets.
- Follow up for the old market receivable of more than 120 days
- Coordinate the contributions of different functions to achieve customer order fulfilment.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Manama: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
