Job Title: Lead Golang Software Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned software engineer to lead our development team and drive the implementation of high-quality Golang services.


About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and operating services that meet the needs of our customers.

  • Developing Golang solutions that are scalable, reliable, and efficient;
  • Leading technical designs and code reviews to ensure high-quality standards;
  • Mentoring and guiding junior engineers to help them grow in their careers;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them;

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong academic track record from both high school and university;
  • An undergraduate degree in a technical subject or a compelling narrative about an alternative path;
  • A proven track record of delivering outstanding results and exceeding expectations;
  • Experience with software development in Golang;
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills with strong presentation abilities;
  • A result-driven mindset with a personal drive to meet commitments;
