Job Overview

This role is designed to deliver exceptional Branch Operation services to customers by contributing to the Bank's business operations and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process transactions, manage cash, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Assist customers with enquiries and provide personalized service while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Lead a team of tellers, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records, reconcile posted vouchers, and adhere to strict adherence to SLAs and procedures.
RequirementsExperience & Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
  • Experience: 4-5 years of experience in banking and leadership roles.
  • Supervisory/team leadership experience and knowledge of banking policies, procedures, and security protocols.
