Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Operations Coordinator to join our team at RESO. In this critical role, you will serve as a key advisor to the Managing Director, providing strategic and operational support to drive efficiency, collaboration, and organizational success.

About the Position
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to contribute to the growth and success of RESO. As a Strategic Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the Managing Director's schedule, managing confidential matters, and acting as the primary liaison with internal and external stakeholders. You will also collaborate with the finance team to manage budgets, analyze financials, review agreements, and ensure timely submission of reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Executive Support: Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Manage Financial Operations: Assist with budget planning, financial analysis, and reporting.
  • Recruit and Develop Talent: Identify and recruit top talent, develop training programs, and mentor employees.
  • Drive Project Success: Develop and implement project plans, coordinate logistics, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Build Relationships: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners.
  • Promote Operational Excellence: Identify areas for improvement, develop solutions, and implement changes to enhance organizational efficiency.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in operations, finance, or HR.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
