The Ila Bank seeks a highly organized and proactive Administrative Operations Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of the office.
Key Responsibilities- Organize and Coordinate Office Operations: Ensure the effective functioning of the office by managing office staff, directing activities, and coordinating logistical arrangements.
- Support Senior Management: Provide administrative assistance to senior executives, including composing and reviewing correspondence, drafting reports, and disseminating documents.
- Manage Calendars and Records: Maintain accurate records, prepare documents, and manage calendars for regulatory returns and meetings.
- Liaise with External Parties: Communicate with building facilities management, external organizations, and government entities to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct Research and Analysis: Conduct background research, review information, and identify key issues for reporting and discussion.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, experience working in a banking environment, and the ability to interact effectively with senior management and external parties.
