Sales and Marketing Management Trainee

You will be responsible for assisting in managing luxury brand portfolios, driving growth and performance, supporting marketing activations to boost visibility and sales, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet sales and market targets, tracking and analyzing sales performance, and assisting in contingency planning.

As a Sales and Marketing Management Trainee, you will also be responsible for monitoring inventory, supporting ordering, and optimizing stock-to-sales ratios, addressing stock aging, coordinating inter-store transfers, and ensuring balanced inventory, contributing to pricing, merchandising, and promotional rollouts, liaising with brand principals for product updates and merchandising tools, conducting market research and trend insights, participating in events, campaigns, and PR initiatives, training retail staff to deliver consistent brand experiences, visiting stores to evaluate visual merchandising and compliance, and immersing in the customer journey by spending time on the shop floor.

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, passion for luxury retail, brand management, and marketing, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, global exposure or multicultural understanding, strong analytical mindset, and comfort with sales & trend data, proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
