Retail Operations Manager

This role involves managing daily retail operations, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive sales growth through effective team management and execution of business strategies.

  7. Analyze sales data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to optimize stock potential.
  8. Manage cash handling, inventory, and record keeping, adhering to company procedures.
  9. Lead the team in maintaining loss prevention standards, ensuring compliance with relevant policies.
  10. Direct team members to adhere to standard operating procedures and store appearance standards.
  11. Cash handling responsibilities may arise as needed.

Talent Development:

  1. Establish clear goals and KPIs for team members, embedding GMG's performance management process seamlessly.
  2. Guide, mentor, and coach team members to develop skills, knowledge, and competencies necessary for success.
  3. Create an environment where feedback is encouraged, and employees can grow and improve.
