**About the Role:**

The Client of Domo Ventures W.L.L. is seeking a skilled Mixology Expert to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting delicious cocktails, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a vibrant bar atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Mixology: Prepare various beverages, including classic cocktails and innovative creations, using a wide range of ingredients and techniques.
  2. Customer Service: Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and making recommendations to enhance their experience.
  3. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, place orders, and ensure proper stock rotation to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
  4. Operational Efficiency: Adhere to all food and beverage regulations, maintain cleanliness, and organize the bar area to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
  5. Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and exceed guest expectations.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience as a Bartender or equivalent position.
  2. Strong knowledge of mixed drinks, including recipes, techniques, and ingredients.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide top-notch customer service.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  5. Positive attitude and a passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional experiences.
  6. Relevant food and beverage certifications, such as TIPS or bartending courses.
