Job Description

A Chef de Partie is responsible for ensuring the highest levels of food preparation and presentation to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and adhering to health and safety regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie
  • Valid trade commercial cookery qualification
  • Strong coaching and motivating skills
  • Excellent communication and team management abilities
  • NVQ Level 3 and Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
